Gorgeous Cassie | Headshots

I am so thankful I reached out to fellow photographer Cassie a while back to trade headshots. She was not only sweet, but also so incredibly gorgeous! 

To me, as a photographer, it is important to be able to be in front of the camera, so you can understand what your subjects go through. It is also important to get photographed by people you admire, and people you can learn from. So Cassie and I trading headshots, was nothing short of a perfect match! We share a very similar style; we have both attended the same workshops by photographers we both admired; and we both have a secret love affair with beautiful light and film!

Laura | Maternity Portraits

In my last visit to Toronto,I was able to photograph Laura. She is becoming a mother of two pretty soon, and she couldn't be more beautiful. You are truly glowing! Soon to be a big sister, Gracie, was part of the session as well, and she loved the attention! I was so fortunate to had been able to capture the interaction between Laura and Gracie while awaiting the arrival of baby. I know they will treasure these images forever. And I can't wait your new bundle of joy!!

New Beginnings in Almaden Valley | Bay Area Family Photography

The Gruenhagen family moved to the Almaden Valley area not long ago, and when they hired me, they wanted the location of their shoot to be in Almaden Valley because it would represent their new beginnings in this wonderful community. I had seen this location from my bedroom window, and always wondered how it would be to shoot there. Well, it turned out to be nothing short of amazing! I loved every aspect of our session (my first in 2014): from the adorable twins, the loving couple, the light, the wind, the love this family irradiates the moment you meet them, everything was perfect.

Our Weekend in Monterey | Personal Photography

Not much to say, other than I love my kids the size of the universe. They are growing so fast, and I wish I could treasure every single moment I spend with them. I am so fortunate to be able to stay home with them, and watch them grow into the unbelievable amazing human beings they are turning to be. 

I took my Canon EOS 3 (and I gotta say, the more I shoot with this 35 mm, the more I love it) along with me this past weekend on our little day trip to Monterey, California; and couldn't wait to share these images with you. I love every single one of them. As imperfect as they are, these are pictures of my kids that I took with all the love from this world. I know I am probably repeating myself from previous post about my kids, but after a long day, I put them to bed, read them a story, and I feel tired but over the moon happy. So I come here to my quite office space to tell you this little prayer that I just wrote. 

The cutie in some of those images is my sweet cousin Stephanie, who has been living with us for the last couple of months. Thank you Stephanie for keeping me sane and helping so much with the kids. Your stay with us has been nothing but amazing! Te queremos muchísimo!
